How it works:

At CG-Consulting we have a dynamic, highly trained team of Telemarketing Sales Executives who specialize in qualifying cold prospects on the phone. Each campaign is different and tailor made so pricing differs. We typically work on a 3 month retainer basis and charge according to the amount of leads or appointments you require.

Once you have chosen CGC as your outsourced lead-generation provider, the magic begins:
Prior to the commencement of your telemarketing campaign, our experienced management team will develop a campaign strategy and cost it accordingly. We will gain a thorough understanding of your products and services, including all technical aspects and differentiators. Working closely with your own management team, specialised call scripts will then be developed that are in line with your company's values and brand positioning. Once the call scripts are developed and all market and product research completed, we will begin training our telemarketing executives. Meanwhile, highly targeted databases/ marketing lists will be sourced from our Master Database; pre-qualifying prospect companies to ensure the highest possible conversion rate. Once your management team have cleared all scripts and marketing lists, one of our experienced Sales-Managers/ Team Leaders will begin the first phase of telemarketing. Any necessary changes in the campaign strategy will be identified and implemented during this phase. Once the first batch of leads and appointments are generated and the campaign strategy validated, the telemarketing team will be extended to ensure optimum call volumes at all times.
